The Laureate of Excellence Award Dinner, a bi-annual event, is a prestigious fall fundraising gala attended by more than 600 businesses and individuals, community, healthcare and government leaders. The 2010 Laureate of Excellence Award will honor three outstanding Winnipeg organizations for their role in discovery, innovation and excellence in enhancing patient care worldwide. These are people who believe in making a difference!
On Tuesday, October 12, 2010 we hope you will join us for a very special evening as we celebrate Winnipeg discovery, innovation and excellence that is advancing image-guided therapy solutions around the world.
The IMRIS NV suite that will be installed at the Kleysen Institute for Advanced Medicine. The innovative system features intra-operative MRI capabilities and a bi-plane angiography system designed for neurovascular and neurosurgical procedures, as well as for diagnostic imaging.
All proceeds from the evening support the mission of Health Sciences Centre Foundation, to improve patient care and advance medical and clinical research towards treatment and prevention of disease and injury.
